  • When you use your Credits for Voice Broadcast (Best option when targeted numbers are well recognized and valid), 0.60 Credits will be deducted for Each Call Attempt (40% Cheaper than Outbound Calls).
  • When you use your Credits for Outbound Calls (Best option when targeted numbers are unrecognized), 1.00 Credits will be deducted for Each Successful Connected Call.
  • When you use your Credits for Personalized IVR in Outbound Calls, 1.67 Credits will be deducted for Each Successful Connected IVR Call.
• We request you to kindly do not send Promotional SMS to DND or NDNC  Enabled Mobile Numbers in India.
  As per TRAI Instructions, Bulk SMS/VMS may not be Delivered to NDNC Mobile/Landline Numbers.
• Please note that SMS/VMS Credits will be added to your account only after the confirmation of receipt of payment at our end.
• Normal SMS Route Delivers SMS at good speed. It can be assumed that 10000 SMS are delivered in approx. 10-60 minutes.
• Cheap SMS Route Delivers SMS at slow speed. It is assumed that 1 Lac SMS are delivered in approx. 10 minutes to 10 Hours.
